Cancellation Policy - Standard
Fully flexible with free cancellation up to 4pm, 3 days before arrival. After this the first night’s stay will be charged. Full payment taken 3 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy - Advance Purchase Before 31st October 2021
Full payment taken at the time of booking. Reservation is non-refundable but can be changed up to 48 hours prior to arrival to a date within 12 months with just the difference to pay, if there is one. Please contact the hotel to make any necessary changes.
We have designated Superior Rooms that are available to book for guests that wish to bring their dog. Please call us to make arrangements if you wish to book a room that accommodates you and your dog. There is a £20 per dog, per night charge which includes a dog bed and water bowl.
We have beautiful grounds and local walks for you and your dog to enjoy, they unfortunately can’t have full hotel access to public areas, and they won’t be able to join you in the restaurant.
We request that dogs are kept on a lead when in public spaces and that you utilise the dog bins provided when required. We ask that if you leave your dog in your room unattended (only for a little while please) that you advise reception so that any of our team who need to service your room or make deliveries to it are aware. We don’t unfortunately have appropriate facilities for giant breeds.
Guide dogs and accredited assistance dogs are welcome throughout our hotel.
The dress code for the dining room is smart casual, with no jeans or trainers.
Children are welcome to join us in the restaurant until 8.00pm, with last orders being placed by 7.00pm. As well as The Garden Menu for V.I.L.P (very important little people) smaller portions can be enjoyed from any of our 'grown up' menus.
Our spa is small but beautiful in an attempt to create a tranquil environment sadly we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16 in this area. Chess, table tennis, tennis, play barn, croquet, cycling, walking trails and a play area is available for children to use.
Cancellation within 48 hours will be rescheduled. 24 hours or less, cancellations will incur a 100% charge.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the usage of vouchers issued by [Andrew Brownsword], hereinafter referred to as "the Company." By redeeming a voucher, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional instructions or restrictions provided with the voucher.
This voucher is valid from January 1st, 2024, until March 27th, 2024, subject to availability. Please note that this offer is not valid on special event dates, including but not limited to Bank Holidays.
Vouchers can be redeemed against full-priced food items only. They are not applicable to any other products or services offered by the Company.
This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.
To redeem a voucher, please present it to our staff when making your purchase. The voucher will be applied to the total cost of the eligible food items in your order.
Vouchers hold no cash value and are not transferable or refundable. They may only be used as a means of redemption for specified full-priced food items during the valid period.
The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Treat your voucher as you would cash, as replacements will not be issued.
The Company reserves the right to alter or cancel this voucher offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, all unredeemed vouchers will become void.
By redeeming a voucher, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in the invalidation of the voucher.
